Injury Progress

Well myGP did not let me down: no referral. He said "keep running (that's good), but avoid anything that aggravates it. It should mend in a month or so. You have strained your muscle where it attaches to the pubic bone." Well I must admit it has improved but not gone away. After a strenuous run I feel it. Cricket, forget about it. Core exercises can be murder!
